Aufgaben
- Oversee accounting operations including general ledger, AP, AR, and fixed assets
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for EIMEA entities
- Ensure adherence to US GAAP, local accounting principles, and internal controls
- Develop regional accounting policies compliant with corporate standard practice instructions
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions
- Communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders to ensure transparency
- Manage timely and accurate tax filings and financial reports
- Handle intercompany transactions in compliance with transfer pricing regulations
- Maintain financial master data within systems like SAP and Docuware
- Submit trial balances and account reconciliations into the corporate system
- Lead and develop an international team of accounting experts
- Drive improvements for transactional processes, tools, and systems
