- Analyze revenue, margins, and profitability drivers
- Provide strategic insights to executive leadership
- Prepare comprehensive management reports
- Develop financial models for growth initiatives
- Evaluate new business investments and initiatives
- Monitor performance against financial plans
- Identify risks and drive mitigation planning
- Align reporting processes across the EIMEA business
- Support the VP Finance on strategic projects
- Maintain internal controls and best practices
- Manage and develop an international FP&A team
- Optimize FP&A processes and AI tools
- Support audits and regulatory communications
- Communicate financial data transparently to stakeholders
