- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
- Strong Excel skills, including modeling and reporting with high data volumes; Power BI a plus
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems; Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, One Stream a plus
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and influence
- Self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude
- Clear and concise communication of complex financial information
- Thrives in fast-paced environment with ad hoc requests and changing priorities
- Commitment to coaching and mentoring staff for development

Aufgaben
- Lead financial planning and forecasting
- Analyze performance and support strategic decisions
- Partner with regional and commercial teams
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Provide finance leadership to support business needs
- Prepare and consolidate financial packages
- Ensure consistency in financial reporting across sites
- Prepare final consolidated presentations for the region
- Act as a liaison between Corporate and regional teams
- Develop tools to monitor site performance
- Consolidate and follow up on regional financial deliverables
- Conduct variance analysis to key benchmarks
- Highlight root causes and problem-solving approaches
- Support local teams with capital investments
- Manage inventory and other financial needs
- Prepare forecasts and analyze trends
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and projects
- Drive process and tool improvements
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies
- Maintain accurate financial reporting
- Influence decisions without formal authority
- Perform additional duties as assigned
