- Commercial training and qualification as CPA (IHK)
- At least 3–5 years of professional experience in operational accounting with IFRS focus
- Qualification as International Public Accountant, business/economics degree with accounting focus, or BaFin-regulated financial statements experience
- IT-affine with SAP ERP experience and first-level consolidation tool experience
- Mandatory initial leadership experience
- Strong organizational skills and structured, goal- and deadline-oriented working style
- Confident communication and strong command of English for negotiations
- Qualification as International Public Accountant, business/economics degree with accounting focus, or BaFin-regulated financial statements experience
Aufgaben
- Lead the GL team functionally and disciplinarily
- Prepare statutory financial statements for centrally managed group entities
- Compile annual dependency report
- Serve as key interface to Finance Business Directors and Managers
- Ensure interdisciplinary coordination within Finance and Accounting
- Finalize monthly IFRS reporting for responsible entities
- Handle operational accounting issues according to IFRS and HGB
- Provide data support for VAT advance returns of central entities
- Manage accounting centralization projects for new and existing group companies
- Coordinate independently with auditors
- Contribute to cross-group IT and functional projects
