- Align mandate agendas
- Share mandate-related information
- Screen briefing materials and notes
- Oversee leadership cycles
- Implement cost control measures
- Ensure quality control
- Review employee survey results
- Consolidate audit findings
- Distribute action items from the CFO and direct reports
- Track action items from the CFO and direct reports
- Prepare internal and external events
- Prepare presentations with Group Communications
- Prepare social media posts with Group Communications
- Prepare interviews with Group Communications
- Structure, manage, and prioritize the CFO's network
- Manage and prioritize the CFO's contacts and appointments
- Coordinate AI efforts within the CFO area
- Track progress of AI initiatives
- Share AI best practices
- Support AI prototyping
- Support AI change management
- Develop an AI Adoption Agent
- Track AI Adoption Agent usage and benefits
- Provide informal feedback to the CFO
- Contribute to evaluating overall effectiveness
