- Hands-on mindset and adaptability to challenges
- Ability to establish relationships and engage stakeholders
- Experience in Automotive sales Operation (highly preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce or similar platform (strong plus)
- Self-structured and well-organized way of working
- Native level written and oral German skills
- Proficient level of English
Aufgaben
- Manage administrative onboarding for dealers and agencies
- Organize physical and digital data files
- Track and allocate down payments for cash, leasing, and lending
- Update customer payment statuses in the CRM and relevant systems
- Generate and manage sales invoices for all customers
- Approve leasing and loan contracts based on document completion
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely transactions
- Collect payments and manage accounts receivable
- Support sales and network administration and operations
- Assist with sales training initiatives
- Maintain business data and report to management
- Provide administrative coverage for other team members
