Anforderungen
- 5+ years professional UX design experience (medior/senior)
- Bachelor’s degree or vocational qualification in design, HCI, or related field
- Hands-on experience designing and shipping AI-powered features/products
- Shipped and measured success of AI-powered features (human-centered)
- Advise designers on AI feature best practices
- Portfolio with shipped AI product experience and role/decisions/impact
- Skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes, design documentation (Figma/vibe coding)
- Experience working with or contributing to design systems
- Validate designs through research, usability testing, feedback
- Experienced in driving strategic product triad decisions
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Proficient in English
- Passionate about accessibility, inclusivity, complex design challenges
- Proactive mindset and drive for continuous improvement
- Fluent in German (business proficiency)
Aufgaben
- Rapidly prototype, test, and refine new AI-powered concepts and product experiences
- Create and govern AI agents
- Turn emerging AI capabilities into valuable solutions for customer problems
- Manage the entire design process from discovery to delivery
- Identify research needs
- Transform insights into intuitive, accessible, and inclusive user experiences
- Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes
- Facilitate collaborative ideation and problem-solving with teammates and stakeholders
- Ensure consistency and efficiency using the design system
- Propose improvements or new components for the design system
- Validate and refine designs through feedback, usability testing, and data analysis
- Deliver clear communication and handover documentation for developers
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to shape user-centered solutions
- Drive product outcomes
- Contribute to raising UX maturity across the organization
- Improve design processes across the organization
- Continuously monitor emerging trends, tools, and best practices in UX
