Anforderungen
- Current, personal practice of AI-native software delivery (Claude Code or equivalent)
- Strong backend development in Python for infrastructure management
- Confident working with SQL on relational databases
- Solid Linux system administration, including Bash scripting
- Experience with industry standard orchestration tools or durable-execution engines like Temporal, Airflow, n8n, or similar
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and configuration management tools (Puppet, Ansible, or similar)
- Experience with cloud infrastructure
- Comfortable working in live, evolving systems and greenfield projects
- Strong written communication for documenting processes and collaborating with non-engineering teams
- Experience packaging or distributing virtual appliances
- Experience with EU data residency or sovereign cloud requirements
- Secrets management or least-privilege access design
Aufgaben
- Build and maintain SaaS Tooling for provisioning, management, and configuration
- Deploy, provision, manage, and configure customer environments
- Enhance tooling systems to align with technical vision
- Fix root causes of issues instead of repeating manual tasks
- Write easily understandable code
- Assess impact on other teams before changing shared tooling
- Operate agents and implement AI-native ways of working
- Build and maintain responsive, scalable systems for managing customer environments
- Orchestrate containerized workloads with Kubernetes end to end
- Build and maintain scheduling systems for SaaS components across global datacenters
- Own architecture, performance, and scaling of SaaS Tooling
- Automate operational requests by extending the bridge between SaaS Tooling and internal platforms
- Engineer automation or self-service solutions for manual, repetitive operational tasks
- Improve reliability of critical-path tooling by fixing bugs and adding tests
- Strengthen observability to catch failures early
- Collaborate with Hosting, SRE, DevEx, Observability, and product teams
- Participate in L2/L3 support and on-call rotations
- Troubleshoot product operations, security operations, and urgent engineering issues
- Build and maintain a Virtual Appliance build system for on-premises delivery
- Integrate AI-native ways of working, agents, and shared patterns into tooling development and operation
