- Own your teams' roadmap commitments and delivery
- Protect cycle time, quality, and operational stability
- Keep review sustainable in an agentic SDLC
- Match agent autonomy to task risk
- Keep human accountability clear
- Raise the engineering bar for your domain
- Make standards explicit and inspectable
- Build subagents, evals, and patterns for reuse
- Contribute subagents, evals, and patterns to shared libraries
- Ensure your teams reliably deliver their roadmap commitments
- Improve cycle time, quality, and stability
- Make technical direction and standards clear, owned, and upheld
- Ensure engineers grow into senior or staff roles
- Make AI-native ways of working normal in your team
