Aufgaben
- Improve end-user experience across Infor solutions
- Drive a user-centered mindset within the organization
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and business stakeholders
- Design end-to-end user experience aligned with expectations
- Act as UX Subject Matter Expert for the Infor ecosystem
- Ensure adherence to UX standards and governance
- Embed user-centric design practices across teams
- Combine UX expertise with Infor platform knowledge
- Design, configure, and improve enterprise application user experience
- Own the user experience journey from issue identification to implementation
- Identify, prioritize, and drive resolution of UX issues
- Execute user experience improvements aligned with business and IT goals
- Perform usability testing on new and existing features
- Recommend UX enhancements
- Support impact assessment and testing of Infor M3 code drops and CloudSuite patch updates
- Design and optimize user interfaces using Infor M3 Experience Designer, M3 Mashups, and H5 Personalization
- Configure and optimize platform components like workflows, homepages, and notifications using Infor Mingle
- Maintain and optimize system configurations and templates
- Gather requirements and improve workflows with business users, IT teams, and product owners
- Govern the Infor Go mobile solution
- Ensure consistent user experience across desktop and mobile
