- Apply advanced methods like Jobs-to-be-Done, Opportunity Mapping, or Experience Gap analyses
- Develop scalable processes for data collection, analysis, and synthesis
- Plan, facilitate, and lead workshops (e.g., discovery, alignment, opportunity sessions)
- Build and maintain a structured research repository
- Establish reliable UX KPIs and measurement processes
- Quantify UX impact
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product teams, data analysts, and stakeholders
- Support hiring and onboarding of new research team members
- Coach and mentor less experienced colleagues
