Aufgaben
- Act as the primary technical contact.
- Guide customer discussions and showcase solutions.
- Guide and activate partner SEs.
- Coach and provide resources to partner SEs.
- Review and validate sizing and quotes.
- Review and validate technical architectures.
- Ensure accuracy and alignment of solutions.
- Drive adoption of Pure's sales and technical tools.
- Ensure effective tool leverage in sales cycle.
- Organize and coordinate technical resources.
- Support partner bootcamps, events, and workshops.
- Continuously upskill channel partners.
- Act as a technical advisor for partners.
- Link partners to virtual resources.
- Escalate complex inquiries to specialists.
- Build and maintain relationships with TAE and partners.
- Ensure seamless technical support.
- Achieve shared goals and close deals.
