Territory Management and Sales Incentive Analyst(m/w/x)
Designing and optimizing sales incentive plans and territory structures for a global life science company. Proficiency in SAP BW, HANA, Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, and Python required. International project collaboration.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
- Relevant professional experience in sales operations, incentive compensation, or territory management, preferably in life sciences or pharmaceutical industry
- Proficiency in SAP BW, HANA, Tableau, and Snowflake
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Thorough SQL and Python skills; Good knowledge of Salesforce data objects and understanding of Lead to Cash process
- Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to manage and resolve disputes effectively
- Experience with financial reporting and discussing budgets with Finance teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience with labor law considerations or Workers’ Council negotiations is a plus
Aufgaben
- Design and optimize data-driven sales incentive plans
- Develop and maintain equitable territory structures
- Monitor, validate, and report sales performance KPIs
- Investigate and resolve compensation or performance disputes
- Partner with Data Governance to enforce data quality
- Liaise with Commercial Reporting and Advanced Analytics teams
- Educate and empower the sales organization through training
- Drive continuous improvement of TMIC processes and tools
