Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields
- Several years of experience in Salesforce CRM administration
- Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce App Builder certification
- Familiarity with sales business processes
- Solid experience in end user training
- Very good communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting, logical and analytical skills
- Fluent English, additional languages advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good time and deadline management skills
Aufgaben
- Define system requirements and customize Salesforce
- Ensure user-friendly Salesforce experience for all technical levels
- Administer Salesforce, including user management and data integrity
- Resolve configuration bugs and utilize data loader for record updates
- Act as the first point of contact for feature requests and changes
- Conduct research to find optimal solutions for feature requests
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and marketing teams
- Resolve service requests and provide regular updates
- Partner with IT to design, build, test, and deploy solutions
- Provide training on CRM features and processes
- Stay updated on new tools and capabilities of the platform
