As a Technical Team Lead in Dexterous Manipulation, you will guide a cross-functional team in advancing robotic skills, defining research roadmaps, and leading experiments that enhance fine manipulation capabilities in real-world applications.

Anforderungen

• •Master’s or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, or related field
• •5+ years in robotics R&D with focus on robotic hands, manipulation, machine learning
• •Proficiency in Python/C++, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and ROS2
• •Experience with simulation frameworks (Isaac Sim, Omniverse, or MuJoCo)
• •Deep understanding of Imitation Learning, Behavior Cloning, Reinforcement Learning
• •Proven ability to transfer policies from simulation to hardware
• •Experience with GPU-based distributed training, cloud ML platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• •Familiarity with tactile sensors, real-time control, or hardware-software co-design
• •Publications or collaborations in dexterous manipulation, imitation learning, or reinforcement learning

• •Define the research roadmap for contact-rich manipulation
• •Align data, control, and execution needs across teams
• •Design manipulation policies using visual, tactile, and force-torque feedback
• •Supervise data pipelines with teleoperation and motion capture
• •Lead on-site experiments in industrial use cases
• •Ensure effective sim-to-real transfer for real-world tasks
• •Collaborate with external research and data collection partners
