Anforderungen
- University degree in computer science, mathematics, natural sciences, or similar
- Extensive hands-on experience building, improving, and operating data platforms
- Expert level SQL, dbt & Python
- Skilled using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation)
- Expertise in AWS Cloud data services and security features
- Experience with data modelling in modern data stack
- Experience with Workflow Orchestration (Apache Airflow, AWS Step Functions, or similar)
- Containerization: Docker; Kubernetes is a plus
- Deep knowledge of Software Engineering best practices for data pipelines
- Ability to balance big picture strategy with hands-on engineering
- Comfortable leveraging GenAI-assisted coding and code reviews
- First experience acting as team or tech lead
- Ability to act as trusted advisor and communicate technical topics clearly
