Anforderungen
- College diploma or university degree in an IT-related field, or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Other languages a plus
- 2+ years in Senior/Second-level Support, DataOps, SRE, SysAdmin, or Technical Business Analyst role
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to think outside the box
- Strong proficiency in SQL (complex queries)
- Strong proficiency in REST APIs
- Solid understanding of Linux
- Solid understanding of Database concepts
- Deep understanding of data structures & algorithms
- Ability to code (asset)
- Experience with cloud solutions (preferred)
- Familiarity with HTML/JavaScript (preferred)
- Ability to work remotely in a secluded setting
