- Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in engineering, technology, or related field
- Experience with CAD drafting and proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Civil 3D
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English

- Help users get the most from software solutions
- Identify issues and provide effective solutions
- Provide technical assistance to internal and external customers
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related issues
- Reproduce and isolate problems in a test environment
- Prepare and modify AutoCAD and MicroStation drawings
- Support software testing and issue reporting for QA and Development teams
- Create technical documentation, issue reports, and best-practice guidance
- Communicate product issues, enhancements, and customer feedback to Product Management and Development
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
