Anforderungen

  • •High level of technical expertise
  • •High level of assertiveness and persistence
  • •Degree in beverage or food technology, brewing, or comparable natural science discipline
  • •Strong communication skills and teamwork
  • •Solution- and goal-oriented mindset
  • •Proficiency in MS Office and experience with SAP
  • •Working languages: German and English
  • •Willingness to travel and participate in customer meetings
  • •5–8 years of experience in product development, R&D, sales in brewing industry, retail, or comparable industry

Aufgaben

  • •Develop optimal solutions for customers in beverage and food technology
  • •Act as a co-owner of projects in the Lead-to-Order process
  • •Support Sales in identifying the best products and technical solutions
  • •Collaborate with the Account Manager during the briefing phase
  • •Finalize project briefings and select products from the portfolio
  • •Define and initiate development orders for D&A or R&D
  • •Evaluate development requests for business relevance and cost–benefit ratio
  • •Coordinate prioritization of development requests
  • •Optimize and further develop the product portfolio with Business Units
  • •Consider regional requirements and market trends in product development
  • •Shape the B2C assortment based on market segments and application teams
  • •Identify co-development opportunities with customers
  • •Participate in innovation projects to create added value
