- Manage business development, supply chain, pricing, and innovation initiatives
- Lead a team of Product Managers, providing support and challenges
- Oversee the global product assortment with internal stakeholders
- Define a roadmap for business and revenue growth based on customer needs
- Drive innovation projects from inception to commercialization
- Build strong relationships with the product organization and stakeholders
- Monitor competitors and conduct competitive analysis
- Support customer visits alongside the sales team and represent the company publicly
- Define success metrics and analyze customer feedback for product improvements
- Communicate portfolio updates across all media and within the organization
- Conduct in-house training to enhance understanding of the product portfolio
