Aufgaben
- Develop new formulations for water-based fruit and non-fruit preparations
- Create innovative dairy and plant-based product concepts
- Utilize natural flavors, colors, and stabilizers in product development
- Advise internal teams and external partners on product developments
- Produce and evaluate samples for sensory and technological quality
- Present development results to internal stakeholders and customers
- Conduct work across labs, pilot plants, and production facilities
- Maintain accurate recipes and documentation in the company systems
- Collaborate with sales, quality, and project management teams
- Support the scale-up process through to final plant implementation
