- Coordinate new project start-ups and modifications
- Review project specifications and protocol details
- Communicate project issues with management and teams
- Develop solutions and approve database design plans
- Design customized project documents using Microsoft Office
- Customize project workflows to meet specific needs
- Support sales with technical customer presentations
- Identify opportunities to protect intellectual property
- Resolve complex issues with medical and technical leadership
- Assist data managers with transmission and revisions
- Define and order unique project supplies
- Serve as a global laboratory project expert
- Coordinate instrumentation interfaces with IT&S teams
- Manage test code selection and administrative procedures
- Analyze problems and propose technical QC solutions
- Resolve procurement and investigator service issues
- Present continuing education to departmental staff
- Submit monthly reports to your direct supervisor
- Ensure departmental regulatory compliance and safety
- Serve on multi-disciplinary committees and initiatives
- Promote process similarity across global laboratories
- Research scientific literature and write technical letters
- Represent management during customer conference calls
- Design and report special sponsor studies
