- Create and adapt project workflows
- Support sales with technical customer presentations
- Identify opportunities to protect intellectual property
- Resolve complex issues with global project teams
- Assist data managers with transmission and revisions
- Define and order project-specific supplies
- Serve as a global laboratory expert
- Coordinate instrumentation interfaces with IT teams
- Manage test code selection and administrative queries
- Analyze problems and propose technical solutions
- Resolve procurement and investigator service issues
- Present continuing education to departmental staff
- Submit monthly reports to direct supervisors
- Ensure departmental regulatory compliance and safety
- Promote process similarity across global laboratories
- Research scientific literature and write technical letters
- Participate in conference calls with sponsors
- Design and report on special sponsor studies
