- Strong knowledge of data architectures, engineering, science, and governance
- Experience leading interdisciplinary teams functionally and disciplinarily
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Effective communication and bridging business and tech groups
- Strong execution, results orientation, and data quality assurance
- Excellent German and English skills
Aufgaben
- Lead and manage the Sales Data Hub team
- Oversee Data Engineers, Scientists, and Product Owners
- Develop cloud-based data products for business units
- Integrate data assets and products methodologically
- Manage the Sales Data Hub's daily operations
- Maintain and update sales-related data models
- Lead product planning and expansion projects
- Collaborate with business units and external partners
- Take technical responsibility for data products
- Drive the professionalization of the data organization
