Anforderungen
- •Several years of experience in B2B field sales, ideally in fleet, mobility, or travel management
- •Proven leadership experience in sales — direct or indirect
- •Results-oriented, strategic thinking, and clear decision-making
- •Excellent German and good English skills
- •Confident handling of MS Office, CRM systems, and digital tools
- •Experience managing and leading remote teams
- •Digital savviness; experience with AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT is an advantage

- •Lead the Senior and Sales Managers Fleet DACH both disciplinary and professionally
- •Coach the team and promote further development
- •Manage team performance and conduct target-setting
- •Hold regular employee meetings and feedback discussions
- •Foster a performance-oriented and collaborative team culture
- •Implement the national sales strategy in the DACH region
- •Manage and execute national and regional sales and product campaigns
- •Focus on core products like fuel, e-mobility, and fleet management systems
- •Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Partner Consulting, and Sales Management
- •Support strategic partner and customer meetings in the region
- •Assist Sales Managers in complex proposal, contract, and pricing negotiations
- •Act as a secondary point of contact for selected strategic key accounts
- •Contribute to annual reviews and major customer projects
- •Oversee forecasts, pipeline management, and KPI reporting for the region
- •Monitor the market and competition, deriving concrete measures
- •Report regularly to the Fleet DACH Sales Management
