- Prioritizing accounts based on market signals
- Fluent English

- Experience across CEE or Nordic markets
Aufgaben
- Recruit and hire a high-performing team of 9 BDRs
- Coach BDRs to refine commercial judgment and close roles
- Track and dissect call performance metrics
- Optimize lead routing and data enrichment processes
- Develop and maintain GTM dashboards
- Identify and forecast trending sectors in DACH/CEE/Nordics
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing
- Implement A/B testing to refine messaging and targeting
- Bridge qualitative BDR feedback with quantitative data
- Ensure cross-border collaboration with Industry Leads
- Adhere to Salesforce hygiene and rules of engagement
- Partner with Head of Sales and Country Managers
