Aufgaben
- Recruit and hire a high-performing team of 9 BDRs
- Coach BDRs to refine commercial judgment and close roles
- Analyze signal patterns for strategic insights
- Partner with RevOps to automate workflows
- Optimize lead routing, data enrichment, and dashboarding
- Identify and forecast trending sectors in DACH, CEE, and Nordics
- Tailor go-to-market strategies per vertical
- Embed a culture of A/B testing
- Refine messaging and targeting using data
- Champion cross-border collaboration
- Ensure Salesforce hygiene and adherence to rules of engagement
- Dissect calls to improve performance
- Provide predictive insights to Heads of Sales
