- Comfortable working with data, KPIs, and metrics
- Ownership and proactive improvement drive
- Experience in leadership, coaching, or team coordination
- Experience with retention, upsell, or cross-sell initiatives
- Experience in international or multi-market environment
- Additional German or Polish language skills
- Experience contributing to cross-functional projects (Sales, Marketing, Product)
Aufgaben
- Lead and inspire sales teams across multiple markets
- Ensure consistent execution and high-quality client interactions
- Act as a senior point of contact for complex client situations
- Drive improvements in sales processes and client experience
- Contribute to retention, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives
- Support go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Marketing
- Provide hands-on guidance in client conversations and objection handling
- Manage incident escalation for complex cases
- Monitor workload, capacity, and performance trends
- Identify risks and opportunities for improvement
- Coach and mentor team members through continuous feedback
- Conduct performance reviews and lead by example
- Design and implement quality control frameworks for sales calls
- Ensure adherence to internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Oversee customer fee change requests
- Ensure correct application, documentation, and communication of fee changes
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier clients
- Act as a senior escalation point for top-tier clients
- Support the International Head of Marketing in commercial strategies
- Deliver structured, data-driven reporting on sales performance
- Contribute to cross-functional projects for international growth
