- Structured, data-driven mindset with focus on KPIs, efficiency, and measurable outcomes
- Ability to simplify complex processes and drive standardization
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent German and English
Aufgaben
- Lead and develop a distributed HR Services team
- Set clear performance expectations and KPIs
- Ensure accurate and timely HR administration
- Align HR processes with payroll timelines
- Act as key interface to Payroll
- Ensure data quality, compliance, and process efficiency
- Drive operational excellence through standardization
- Simplify and optimize HR processes
- Identify and deliver cost and cycle time reductions
- Reduce manual effort in HR operations
- Lead HR transformation initiatives
- Contribute to system optimization and automation
- Implement AI use cases in HR
- Track performance using data and KPIs
- Identify and address performance gaps
- Demonstrate value creation through data
- Strengthen process discipline and documentation
- Foster accountability and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with German labour law
- Maintain data privacy standards
