Managing talent acquisition, employee relations, and Workday HRIS for secure software solutions provider. Proven experience in business partnering and operations, German labor law knowledge required. Supporting HR for enterprise and government clients.
Anforderungen
- Proven HR experience across Operations and Business Partner/Generalist roles
- Degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- HRIS experience (Workday is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of German labour law and EMEA employment practices
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Languages: German & English (French would be an asset but not essential)

- Champion talent acquisition and onboarding programs
- Guide policies and employee relations for employees and leaders
- Ensure compliance with German labor law and EMEA practices
- Utilize data and analytics for workforce planning
- Manage employee lifecycle events and HRIS transactions in Workday
- Support communication and transformation initiatives across regions
