  • •6+ years experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics
  • •2+ years in leadership or mentoring role
  • •Expertise in Power BI and schema modelling
  • •Understanding of commercial KPIs and marketplace dynamics
  • •Experience in ecommerce, wholesale/retail sector (advantageous)
  • •Solid SQL skills and data architecture knowledge
  • •Ability to translate data for non-technical stakeholders
  • •Experience in agile, cross-functional teams

  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • •Identify marketplace trends, opportunities, and risks
  • •Oversee semantic models and workspace structures
  • •Manage access concepts and row-level security
  • •Define Power BI standards for DAX and visualization
  • •Collaborate with Data Engineering on end-to-end processes
  • •Drive BI governance and reporting standards
  • •Enable stakeholders and promote data storytelling
