Anforderungen
- At least three years of experience in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI
- Strong expertise in DAX, data modeling, and Power Query (M)
- Solid knowledge of relational databases, MDX, and SQL
- Experience with enterprise data platforms (ideally Azure-based) and SAP BW / SAP Data Sphere
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, or data catalog tools
- Confident MS Office use (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); ability to create structured analyses, reports, and presentations
- Independent, structured, and reliable work ethic with a strong results-driven mindset
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken); clear and convincing presentation of ideas
Aufgaben
- Design Power BI and SAP BW dashboards
- Build reports and data visualizations
- Optimize dashboards for Finance and Mobility platforms
- Develop reusable reporting templates
- Ensure templates comply with UX guidelines
- Model data in Power BI Desktop
- Follow best practices (star schemas, relationships, hierarchies, DAX measures)
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Finance team
- Optimize data models for performance
- Enhance data model usability
- Ensure data model maintainability
- Support report users
- Analyze and troubleshoot errors
- Assist advanced users
