In this role, you will lead a dedicated accounting team while managing daily bookkeeping and preparing financial statements. Your work will involve analyzing expenses, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring timely collections, all within an international context.

Anforderungen

• •Relevant experience in an audit firm, accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or similar field
• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance/accounting or comparable qualification
• •Sound knowledge of IFRS and HGB
• •Advanced Excel skills
• •Strong communication skills and fluency in German and English
• •Strong organizational skills and ability to remain calm under stress
• •Familiarity with financial, accounting, and business systems software, especially DATEV, DUO; experience with Expense management solutions and Salesforce

Aufgaben

• •Lead and manage the core accounting team
• •Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping activities
• •Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• •Support internal reporting according to HGB and IFRS
• •Prepare and analyze monthly material and logistic expenses
• •Identify variances and ensure accuracy in reporting
• •Collaborate with internal departments on tax and financial accounting issues
• •Support the board of management on financial projects
• •Manage accounts receivable processes
• •Respond to external inquiries regarding accounts receivable
• •Oversee the dunning process for timely collections
• •Liaise with the external accountancy firm
• •Support finance initiatives for managing working capital
