In this role, you will handle daily bookkeeping and assist in preparing financial statements while analyzing expenses. You will collaborate with various departments and lead accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collections and accurate reporting.

Anforderungen

• •Relevant experience in an audit firm, accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or similar field
• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance/accounting or comparable qualification
• •Sound knowledge of IFRS and HGB
• •Advanced Excel skills
• •Strong communication skills and fluency in German and English
• •Strong organizational skills and ability to remain calm under stress
• •Familiarity with financial, accounting, and business systems software, especially DATEV, DUO; experience with Expense management solutions and Salesforce

Aufgaben

• •Manage day-to-day bookkeeping
• •Support preparation of financial statements and internal reporting
• •Prepare and analyze monthly material and logistic expenses
• •Identify variances and ensure reporting accuracy
• •Collaborate with internal departments on tax and financial issues
• •Lead accounts receivable processes and respond to inquiries
• •Manage the dunning process for timely collections
• •Liaise with the external accountancy firm
• •Support finance initiatives for working capital management
