In this role, you will take charge of the accounting function, leading a team while ensuring efficient processes and accurate financial reporting. You will collaborate closely with the CFO on financial strategies and optimize accounting practices.

Anforderungen

• •Business degree or commercial training with focus on Accounting
• •Several years of professional experience in Accounting, ideally with leadership experience
• •Strong knowledge of HGB accounting, financial statement preparation, and cashflow management
• •Excellent knowledge of Business Central 365 or a comparable ERP system
• •High IT affinity, structured and proactive working style
• •Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, and solution-focused mindset

Aufgaben

• •Lead and develop the accounting team
• •Manage financial accounting processes
• •Ensure timely financial statements in accordance with HGB
• •Act as the main contact for auditors and tax advisors
• •Contribute to ongoing accounting and closing processes
• •Post complex business transactions
• •Oversee account and intercompany reconciliation
• •Maintain the general ledger
• •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• •Handle group-wide reporting including IC reporting
• •Assist in preparing tax returns and VAT declarations
