Anforderungen
- Significant experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, Learning & Development or related HR field, ideally in international and complex environment
- Proven experience designing and delivering impactful talent development initiatives, translating business and people priorities into effective development solutions
- Strong organizational and project management skills, ability to lead multiple initiatives and priorities from concept through implementation
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills, confidence to collaborate effectively across functions, levels and geographies
- Strategic and proactive working style, combined with hands-on mindset, sound judgement and strong focus on quality and impact
- Analytical mindset, ability to use talent data, feedback and insights to inform decisions and continuously improve talent development approaches
- Fluent in English; experience working across cultures and in international environment is a plus
- Experience developing talent strategies, frameworks or portfolio approaches across multiple talent populations
- Experience with talent analytics, assessment methodologies or data-driven talent identification
- Experience designing career development, mentoring, experiential learning or cross-functional development approaches
- Experience steering external learning partners, coaches, trainers or assessment providers
- Experience with digital learning ecosystems and AI-supported approaches to talent and development
- Experience in trading, energy, technology or another fast-paced and complex business environment
- Willingness to apply even if not all skills are displayed
- Openness to flexible arrangements for non-full-time roles

- Shape and evolve talent development strategy and portfolio
- Align talent strategy with business priorities and capability needs
- Lead structured approaches to identifying talent and potential
- Design and steer selection and assessment processes
- Facilitate talent discussions and translate insights into development actions
- Partner with HR teams on talent identification using performance insights
- Build visibility of critical talent populations
- Strengthen sustainable pipelines for future roles
- Collaborate with Leadership Development and succession stakeholders
- Design differentiated development approaches for talent populations
- Combine structured programs, experiential learning, and mentoring
- Address individual potential and future organizational capability needs
- Own and develop key talent programs like E-Level and Leadership Essentials
- Set strategic direction and quality standards for talent programs
- Steer program delivery and ensure relevance and impact
- Partner with senior leaders and HR colleagues on talent development
- Translate business challenges into talent solutions
- Provide guidance on developing key talent populations
- Create development and career experiences to strengthen engagement
- Enable talent to build capabilities, networks, and exposure
- Support an environment for individual development ownership
- Define success measures for talent initiatives
- Assess impact using qualitative and quantitative insights
- Continuously improve the talent development portfolio
- Leverage talent data and feedback for decisions
- Identify and introduce new talent development approaches
- Incorporate digital and AI-supported learning
- Develop scalable and innovative learning formats
- Establish clear governance, standards, and timelines
- Steer internal and external partners for high-quality execution
- Ensure excellent participant experience in talent programs
