- Deliver regular reporting to stakeholders

- Champion ATS data quality
- Build trusted relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Collaborate with People & Culture and Employer Branding teams
- Stay updated on recruiting trends
- Represent Zühlke at relevant events and meetups
