- Manage end-to-end recruiting for complex roles
- Define and implement sourcing strategies
- Lead and mentor internal recruiters
- Ensure quality and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with external recruiting partners
- Brief and monitor external agencies and freelancers
- Partner with hiring managers on role requirements
- Assess market conditions and decision-making processes
- Develop and standardize recruiting processes
- Implement and optimize an ATS and recruiting tools
- Build and maintain a quality talent pool
- Conduct active sourcing based on defined needs
- Track and interpret recruiting KPIs
- Identify and mitigate recruitment risks
- Optimize the Talent Attraction function
