- Own full-cycle hiring for EMEA roles
- Partner with hiring managers from intake to offer
- Run structured intake meetings and calibrate profiles
- Build and execute search strategies
- Source candidates for senior and technical roles
- Ensure high-quality candidate experience
- Coordinate interview logistics with Talent Operations
- Negotiate and close offers with hiring managers
- Navigate EMEA compensation and employment laws
- Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse
- Provide market insights and recommendations
- Support reporting and forecasting
