Anforderungen
- 4+ years sourcing or recruiting experience in European market
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Ability to source passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles
- Solid knowledge of European engineering talent landscape
- Excellent candidate engagement skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and alternative sourcing channels
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Data-oriented approach to sourcing
- Ability to work independently and manage pipeline
- Direct experience sourcing for aerospace, satellite, or precision manufacturing roles in Germany or Europe
- Experience supporting manufacturing facility buildout or ramp
- Familiarity with Berlin technology and engineering talent ecosystem
- Experience sourcing for roles with security clearances or regulatory constraints
- Track record of building referral networks and talent communities
Aufgaben
- Identify, engage, and qualify passive candidates for EMEA roles
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for EMEA engineering, manufacturing, and commercial roles
- Focus on Berlin hub's hardware engineering and manufacturing hiring needs
- Map the European talent landscape for hard-to-fill disciplines
- Identify target companies, academic programs, and professional communities
- Source and engage passive candidates through direct outreach
- Leverage LinkedIn, professional networks, and industry events
- Use creative sourcing strategies for the European market
- Qualify candidates through initial screening conversations
- Assess technical background, motivation, and location preferences
- Evaluate compensation expectations and cultural fit
- Partner with EMEA Talent Acquisition Partner on role requirements
- Share market intelligence with the Talent Acquisition Partner
- Ensure feedback loop between sourcing and hiring manager expectations
- Build evergreen pipelines for recurring role types
- Prepare pipelines before requisitions open
- Track and report on sourcing metrics
- Monitor outreach volume and response rates
- Analyze screening-to-interview conversion rates
- Attribute source-of-hire
- Use data to refine sourcing approach
- Demonstrate pipeline impact
- Coordinate with North America-based Sourcer
- Share sourcing strategies with North America
- Coordinate on candidates open to relocation
- Maintain consistent candidate experience across geographies
- Contribute to sourcing tooling and process improvement
- Share effective European market strategies
- Test new outreach channels
- Help build a scalable sourcing playbook
