- Ability to hit the ground running and problem solve
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and German
- Proactive and passionate about recruitment best practices
- Positive can-do attitude and mindset
- Enthusiasm and motivation when facing challenges
- Local market experience and understanding of recruiting best practices in Germany
- Basic German employment law knowledge
- Previous experience with Visa/Work permits conditions
- Previous experience with employment contracts
Aufgaben
- Shape Talent Acquisition function with team
- Act as hands-on recruiter and strategic advisor
- Manage open roles and improve internal processes
- Advise Hiring Managers at all levels
- Ensure positive candidate experience
- Plan and execute selection procedures
- Organize and host career events
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Planning
- Engage with staffing and headhunting agencies
- Work with Shared Service center in Romania
- Conduct full cycle recruitment
- Source and interview candidates
- Manage candidate communication
- Extend and negotiate job offers
- Handle contract management and visa support
- Develop Talent Acquisition strategies
- Attract top candidates in Semiconductor industry
- Implement Campus recruitment
- Coach hiring teams on best practices
- Stay updated on market trends
- Promote Employer Brand on various channels
- Enhance company image as employer of choice
- Contribute to cross-functional projects
- Optimize ATS (Workday)
- Develop internal and external partnerships
- Improve recruitment processes
