- Develop new ideas for volunteering and social impact
- Align the organization to global standards in volunteering and social impact
- Lead social impact assessments
- Define mitigation and execution plans for social impacts
- Organize volunteering opportunities
- Promote volunteering opportunities
- Review volunteering activities
- Lead data capture for employee volunteering
- Lead quarterly reporting on employee volunteering
- Lead annual reporting on employee volunteering
- Integrate sustainability into internal communications
- Facilitate external amplification of sustainability efforts
- Work strategically with HR, Communications, Finance, and business areas
- Drive internal adoption of best practices
- Encourage internal best practices
- Advise on best practices in social performance
- Manage client accounts
- Drive engagement with project funders
- Drive engagement with external stakeholders
- Coordinate volunteering and social impact initiatives
- Keep records of volunteering and social impact initiatives
- Keep records of personal sustainability pledges
- Perform other sustainability tasks as required
