- Explore new ways to make internal information accessible, relevant, and useful
- Monitor internal channel and content performance using Google Analytics
- Translate data into actionable insights to improve reach, engagement, and impact
- Manage and optimize internal email campaigns using CRM and email tools
- Monitor internal email campaign performance
- Use engagement data to improve audience reach
- Craft corporate announcements
- Edit regional and global communications
- Edit all-staff emails
- Lead ideation for lock-screens
- Coordinate lock-screen company-wide roll-out with IT
- Work with BST departments and consulting colleagues
- Uncover and shape stories behind internal initiatives
- Build strong relationships across the organization
- Ensure communications are relevant, consistent, and professional
