- Support development and implementation of Learning & Development programs
- Contribute to employee development, feedback, and performance management
- Create exceptional employee experience across the lifecycle
- Support employee relations, care, and day-to-day People topics
- Improve onboarding, internal communication, and culture initiatives
- Identify and resolve recurring HR pain points
- Reduce manual administration through smarter processes and tools
- Support HR systems, employee data, and documentation
- Work closely with employees, leaders, and the People team
- Bring energy, positivity, and a service-oriented mindset
