- 2-3 years relevant work experience in data analytics and climate change
- Advanced university degree in environmental science, engineering, or quantitative sustainable finance
- Demonstrated interest in climate change
- Specific knowledge in sustainable finance, transition finance, investment carbon footprinting, climate impact assessments, or Life Cycle Analysis
- Knowledge of climate modelling techniques, particularly transition risk
- Expertise in corporate finance and financial (ESG) topics, or experience in fixed income valuation
- Very strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Excellent conceptual thinking aptitude
- Excellent command of Excel
- Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
- Understanding of Data science
- Excellent knowledge of Python
- Excellent oral and written command of English
- Excellent oral and written command of German
- Fluency in French
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
