Aufgaben
- Deliver the SAP Sustainability Adoption Care Program (ACP)
- Initiate adoption for inactive license customers
- Support product champions in their duties
- Help product champions oversee customer statuses
- Compose regular customer updates
- Compose customer progress summaries
- Compose customer adoption and activity forecasts
- Lead next-level adoption initiatives aligned to strategy
- Contribute to knowledge management and enablement
- Provide sustainability expertise to Customer Success Managers
- Support roles driving SAP Sustainability solution adoption
- Support roles driving SAP Sustainability solution consumption
