Solution Advisor Expert - Focus on Asset and Service Management (Operate & Service)(m/w/x)
Solution demonstrations for SAP EAM, APM, Service and Asset Manager, tailoring presentations for C-level stakeholders. 5+ years deep hands-on SAP EAM/APM expertise and expert recognition required. Flexible working models.
Anforderungen
- 5+ years deep hands-on SAP EAM and APM expertise
- Recognition as expert in SAP EAM/APM solutions
- Strong track record applying solutions in customer-facing contexts
- Good working knowledge of SAP Service and Asset Manager and SAP Dynamic Forms (strongly desired)
- Strong understanding of Service & Operate Portfolio integration within SAP S/4HANA (including PM in ECC)
- Additional knowledge of SAP FSM and SAP BNAC (welcome plus)
- Experience in pre-sales, value advisory, or demonstration roles for cloud solutions
- Knowledge of value-based selling approaches (Value Engineering, Value Advisory)
- Knowledge of Cloud and SaaS/PaaS models in B2B environment
- Experience planning and managing complex PoCs
- Consulting background (ideally)
- Good understanding of overall SAP portfolio including Intelligent Enterprise strategy
- Skill in crafting compelling customer narratives and presentations
- Confident C-level presence
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiasm for innovative solutions
- Full working proficiency in German
- Full working proficiency in Business English
Aufgaben
- Deliver compelling demonstrations on SAP EAM, APM, Service and Asset Manager, and Dynamic Forms.
- Tailor solution presentations for expert and C-level stakeholders.
- Generate new cloud software opportunities.
- Qualify customer situations.
- Develop solution proposals with compelling value argumentation.
- Support the account team with presentations and events.
- Contribute to account strategy.
- Contribute to competitive differentiation.
- Identify new opportunities.
- Process RFPs.
- Plan and execute complex Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
- Focus PoCs on SAP EAM, APM, Service and Asset Manager, and Dynamic Forms scenarios.
- Establish yourself as a thought leader.
- Coordinate and plan tasks across the full sales cycle.
- Transition engagements to SAP Consulting or implementation partners.
- Engage with customers post-sale.
- Reinforce the SAP vision.
- Ensure customer eagerness for renewal.
- Represent the topic area at trade fairs and events.
- Leverage digital assets like demos and presentations in customer engagement.
