- Experience in software maintenance for energy internet, photovoltaic, or energy storage industries
- International project experience

- Define response strategies based on issue severity
- Escalate critical problems promptly
- Monitor version quality and analyze defect trends
- Collaborate with R&D, delivery, product, and sales teams
