- Coordinate with R&D, PQA, and SQE
- Resolve major product failures
- Address top issues
- Collect client service cases
- Analyze product serviceability requirements
- Compile analysis reports
- Conduct GFM field testing
- Review GFM field tests
- Liaise with HQ R&D
- Collaborate with model simulation groups
- Work with third-party EMS
- Use SQL for data analysis
- Utilize Python for data analysis
- Support product troubleshooting
- Optimize products
