- Problem-solving under pressure in production environments
- Experience writing documentation and customer-facing technical material
- Experience in defence, pharma, or regulated industries
- Experience with air-gapped and restricted environment deployments
- Pre-sales or solutions engineering experience
- ML/AI background: model deployment, fine-tuning, or evaluation
- German language skills
- Experience with DevSecOps and security-hardened environments
- Production-grade code: clean, tested, maintainable code
- Clear documentation, context handover, and technical decision communication
- Autonomous operation with minimal supervision and sound technical decisions
- T-shaped profile: depth and breadth across the stack
Aufgaben
- Deploy and configure AI platform in customer environments
- Build last-mile integrations with customer infrastructure
- Resolve bugs and update the platform at customer sites
- Develop client-specific customizations and new modules
- Support pre-sales with technical workshops and prototyping
- Provide L1/L2 technical support and customer onboarding
- Execute and adapt test plans for customer use cases
- Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Feed field insights back to the product team
